Simonds soft wash does amazing work! They started with my roof. They got all of the growth and black stains off my roof. Looked brand new. Then I had them do my siding and remove the paint off my concrete patio so I could paint it. Saved me a lot of time. Very reasonably priced, I would highly recommend.
